My 92 year old father received excellent professional and caring service from this opticians. Would highly recommend them, particularly Nayna the dispensing optician who was so kind.

He has been so patient and helped me on every step of my journey to find exactly the right prescription and brand for me to get the best out of these. An honest company with staff who really care and genuinely want to help you - a rare thing these days. My husband had been badly let down buying from firstly a popular high street chain and then an on-line company. He spent a lot of money and ended up with good lenses but shoddy frames that snapped in half after minimal use. The company refused to help. I took them to G&G Pinner and the 2 men spent lots of time searching in many drawers for frames that fitted the lenses. They eventually found some and have offered to fit them for him. We won't be going anywhere else in future.

Visited the store today for general browsing and the lady in the store was incredibly helpful. Her service was perfect, helpful but not pushy and spent a quality amount of time with no hard feelings on not wanting to buy anything at that moment. Was very helpful with suggesting glasses and has helped in making a big decision so easy!

Great service! I broke my glasses before Christmas. They were so helpful and managed to get me a new pair before Christmas and help me temporarily repair them to hold over. They went above and beyond.

Really helpful and honest staff about which specs to purchase; the owner guided me and spent time with me with amazing feedback. I’ve never had an optician giving me honest opinions about designer frames before, the lady was so helpful and kind and honest. This place doesn’t want you to waste your money; they are most helpful, and will guide you to the right frame given your face shape and the weight of the frame vs the lense thickness depending on your number. thank you so much.

I had already ordered a spare pair of glasses for my son from my original optometrist and was told it would take over a week. Then his frame broke one day before his exams and we were desperate to find a replacement. G&G went above and beyond, searching through frames on display, in drawers, and in cabinets before finally finding one they could pop my son's still intact lenses in. He passed his exams. Will be using G&G again in future.
