Prescription Sunglasses

Here at G&G Pinner Optometrists we believe in giving you the best care and advice about how to protect and maintain healthy vision at all time that’s why we are able to supply high quality prescription sunglasses (to most prescriptions) for those who require it.

Frame choices are nearly unlimited, and original sunglass frames such as Ray-Ban, REVO, Oakley, Maui Jim amongst others can all be fitted with the prescription. We supply industry leading lenses from Optiswiss to Hoya and Essilor.

Lens choices available are standard tinted lenses and polarised lenses including graduated polarised lenses in a variety of colours. Lenses can also be supplied with back surface Anti Reflection.

Our recommended sunwear product is Xperio polarised lenses. Xperio lenses offer you the highest level of UV protection with E-SPF 50+. E-SPF stands for Eye – Sun Protection Factor and E-SPF 50+ means that an eye protected by the lens will receive 50 times less UV exposure than an unprotected eye. Your eyes require the same level of protection as the one you give your skin with sunscreen.
